speaking of milk, guess what my tedious research for a post-workout meal (aside from whey) got me: chocolate milk! protein is provided by whey protein and casein (which is said to be better than just whey for post-workout) and carbs come from the chocolate syrup. the best chocolate milk that could be used that i saw in the supermarket is chocolait. it has the highest protein content and the least fat content. i'm still looking for a low-fat chocolate milk brand though; if any of you guys know any, please reply here.

Kung goal ko mag gain ng muscle mass, ilang beses ba dapat uminom ng gatas? Yung ginagawa ko sa ngayon 2x a day. Isa sa merienda/pagkatapos mag gym at isa bago matulog. Fresh milk at full cream powdered milk po pala meron ako.
