ung bago ko workout sa bahay 2-3 weeks palang...bago ko nagworkout sa bahay ulit, nag starting strength muna ako...

cardio day

10 rounds of interval cardio

a round is:
1min walk
45 sec jog
15 sec sprint

total of 20minutes

naitsirc: hindi naman strict diet ko.

eto meal plan:

breakfast - 1 1/2 white rice, protein (eggs or chicken breast or canned tune), veggies

snack - either isang voice sandwich, choco mucho or kahit ano chichirya (basta di lalampas sa 200 calories)

lunch - same as bfast pero 1 cup nalang rice

dinner - same as lunch

snack - flavord oats


lekym: oo...goal ko talaga is to be ripped.

1 arm db bench press - 50lbs - 7-7-5
pushups + 30lbs - 10-10-8
inc db flys - 30lbs - 7-7-7

db skullcrushers - 20lbs - 6-6-6
kickbacks 30lbs - 8-8-8

finisher
3 sets of this circuit

1min jump rope
15mt climbers
10 burpees
5 pushups
20 j.jacks
10 bw squats

grabe after almost a month ngayun nalang ulit ako naggym.. medyo pkiramdam ko ang hina ko saka para bang lumaki pisngi ko lol  :P.. ask ko lang, kailangan ba talagang mag add ng weight per workout mo sa SS? saka ok lang ba pendlay rows ialternate ko dun sa isa?

sir ako rows ginagawa ko instead of doing cleans. wala kasing "legit" na instructor dun sa pinagygyman ko e :(

yes you add weight every workout and you can do pendlay rows instead of cleans

SS ka na agad?

Go with the beginner's primer muna for 2weeks para di mabigla katawan mo sa weekly adding ng weights.

conditioning /abs day

nagsawa na sa usual cardio routine. eto na ulit muna for this week

barbell complex - 6 sets of 6 reps
weight - 40lbs

deads
press
sldl
rows
hang clean
squats

30 sec rest


stability ball crunches. 3 sets

You can keep doing SS as long as you can add weight to the bar and maintain good form...
