^haha oo nga justbe. pero sabi ni lobo 5 years na ata siya naggym kaya ganyan. bilang pa tayo, 4 years pa ko. lol. ;D

tama. ako 1 month nang MWF. Naadik na ako. Hindi kumpleto linggo ko ng hindi nagbubuhat. haha.

exactly. Naiwan ko pa yung mga naggym sakin ng 9 months na. Puro biceps at triceps lang kasi ginagawa nila. Thank God for SS! haha!

finallly ayos na ang forum natin  8)

update today:

5 minutes: jump ropes
                wall squats
                15 pushups
                cossack stretch

Squat 150 lbs 5-5-3  :(

BP 115 lbs 5x3 pero hirap parang sumakit pa nga right wrist ko :(

Deads 170 5x1 pero hirap din

di na ako nag chest dips kasi parang panget talaga ng buhat ko :(

But I think bumigat na ako sumikip ibang damet ko hehe around 134-136 lbs na ata ako or more sana mag 145 lbs maabot ko. SS pa rin po ako ngayon mates  8)

hay salamat ok na ang forum. anu bang nangyari hahaha.

2 months na kong semi SS pero medyo mabagal progress ko hindi ko binibigla.mahirap na mainjure. hehe

Magsabay na kasi tayo Lobo minsan. nag improve na ako kahit papano.

BP: 85lbs
MP: 75lbs
Squat: 175lbs
DL: 195lbs.

Nagkasakit kasi ako this week at di ako nakapag dagdag pa.  :-\

It would be imposible to keep on adding kasi. Also that could lead to burn out.

Not that sinasabi ko mali ka, but shempre aside sa puyat, I am sure may mali sa form since your squats and deads are not that far apart

its either you're not squatting deep enough or you're using too much back sa deadlift and not enough hips/legs

we'll find that out once I get to screen your form
