bili ako MH kapag lumabas issue mo.  buti mukhang ok naman enlarge heart mo.  about your new company. makikihula ako ha, una ko naisip sa Big 3 letters e SSS. hehehe.  Pero sabi mo multinational so ang hula ko e IBM. tama ba? :)

thanks cristian for the support.
yep tama ang hula mo sa company ko.
eto night shift.

i need to adjust.
nabawasan na naman ako ng dragonboat training, kaya i need to find other alternatives, siguro balik gym na ako.
pangit naman kasi if i gain weight tapos na feature pa sa mag, hehe.

pero eto, i'm more disciplined ngayon. medyo matagal din ang plateau ko.

After the long wait, this is it... the Men's Heath January 2010 issue is out.
I haven't bought the mag yet as it is not yet available in our area, but will check out tomorrow. I hope the content is good... I'm excited to buy one  8)

I'm still on the weight loss phase. It is really difficult since I am very active in dragonboat. As I lose fats, I gain muscles. And I look bulkier ... but my main goal really is to look lean. It is also hard for me to lessen my food intake since it requires me a lot of energy in the sport I am into especially I am part of a very competitive team, thereby, sometimes I carbo load (especially when the competition is very near)

I'd like to update my thread here... it's been a while since I last posted here.

Ok ... here's my recent before and after pics.
Before - 250 lbs
After - 195 lbs

My lightest weight was 182 lbs (july-october of last year) ... I did put on some weight, probably muscles contributed to it since I train regularly in dragonboat.

notice that my face is thinner, waist is slimmer, collar bone is more visible, shoulder muscles are more defined.

i hope to lose more fats by end of summer season.

just keep on doing what you are doing and you will get there bro.  you have come a long way already as it is.  but be careful with this because sometimes we feel that since we have transformed considerably, we tend to get complacent.  either we feel we don't need to try so hard anymore, or we think we can easily go back and train hard in case we fall off the wagon.  the best way to keep motivated is to keep raising the bar.  sometimes when you are already the hardest worker in your group, you tend to relax but once you see another one working even harder, it kinda ups your game so my advise is to look outside of you current circle for new role models who can inspire you.  just the other day i sent a text message at around 5:45am out to my group encouraging them to get out there and run because it was a beautiful day. to my surprise, coach Josephine So texted back saying "you are late, I was done by 5am!".  now that's motivation.  so now i wake up at 4.  Haha.

Raise the bar buddy!

you're right mike!

i have been complacent lately, just because i am very active in sports and other activities. well. that should not be the thinking.

just this morning, i did 600m swim, pre-training for the upcoming ateneo aquathlon this sunday.
