Last January 26, a few hopefuls showed up for Men's Health's first ever run and bike clinic. It's just one of the magazine's efforts to convince everyone it can to get into the active lifestyle. Watch out for another series of run and bike clinics in March, leading up to the magazine's 2nd All-Terrain Race on May 6th.
